Summary
While working as a Designer at Fireflies.ai, I focused on enhancing
the company’s branding, digital assets, website, and email templates.
Even though there was an existing brand and UI design, my
responsibility was to ensure a consistent and improved user
interaction with the product.
I collaborated closely with the founder and various teams, including
marketing and engineering, to comprehend the challenges and devise
solutions to enhance the user experience.
Branding
Brainstorming sessions and iterations took place between the founder and me. The aim of the rebrand was to ensure it aligns with the brand voice, perception, and resonates with their consumer market. This resulted in three keywords representing Fireflies.ai: friendly, bright, and intelligent.
extension
Designed the Fireflies.ai extension CRM, allowing clients and users to take notes and seamlessly convert them into an email format.
Designed responsive email templates for Fireflies.ai using Mailchimp, ensuring compatibility with both web and mobile platforms. Additionally, involved in coding the HTML and CSS components for the templates.
website
Collaborated with another senior designer to revamp the Fireflies.ai website, focusing on UI layout and user flows.
digital ads
Designed digital ads for Instagram by reusing elements and components applied by the senior designer across the company's product website and templates.
